Cor Jesu College welcomed a delegation from Notre Dame of Dadiangas University (NDDU) on May 23, 2026, for a benchmarking visit aimed at exploring best practices in school governance, student services, and institutional wellness initiatives.
The visiting delegation, composed of 12 members of NDDU’s administrative council, sought to gain insights that would support the university’s ongoing preparations for its annual evaluation, planning, and budget realignment session. The benchmarking activity also forms part of NDDU’s efforts to strengthen its strategies for the upcoming academic year, particularly in enhancing institutional effectiveness and student-centered services.
During the visit, representatives from Cor Jesu College shared valuable experiences and practices related to administrative management and governance, student services and community engagement programs, and institutional wellness initiatives. These areas were identified by the visiting institution as key components in fostering organizational excellence and promoting the well-being of both students and personnel.
The activity provided an opportunity for meaningful dialogue and knowledge exchange between the two institutions. It also reinforced the importance of collaboration among educational institutions in advancing quality education, effective leadership, and continuous improvement.
