- Encode personal data in the Online Student Enrolment (OLSEN) through this website: https://bit.ly/3GK2AoM
- Download and accomplish the enrolment form correctly and completely (with corresponding sequence code, course catalogue number, description, number of units, day and time and your e-signature).
- Download and accomplish the Application for Temporary Admission with an undertaking to submit the following documents within thirty (30) days from enrollment date:
- Transcript of Records
- Honorable Dismissal
- Authenticated Certificate of Live Birth issued by the Philippine Statistics Authority
- Three (3) 2×2 I.D. photos
- Two (2) long brown envelope
The Application for Temporary Admission should be notarized.
- Pay the entrance fee of Php 9,500.00 through bank transfer or remittance center.

- Please take a photo of the deposit slip and send it to the CJC-FINANCE OFFICE FB account via Messenger (http://m.me/cjcfinanceoffice ), including the name of the student, course and year level. Acknowledgment of payment will be done once the deposit slip photo is received and validated by the Finance Office.
- Send these 3 documents (deposit slip/online bank transaction, word file of the enrolment form (do not distort the format and paging) and scanned copy of the notarized application for temporary admission) to lawschoolofficial@cjc.edu.ph. A confirmation email will be sent.
- Submit the original copy of the requirements through LBC, addressed to Daisy D. Egos, Law School Office – Cor Jesu College, Inc. Sacred Heart Avenue, Digos City, Davao Del Sur, 09514869391.
Note:
• Incomplete encoding of data on the enrolment form will be invalid.
• Do not include requested subjects on the enrolment form. If students wish to enroll a requested subject, he/she
must properly accomplish adding/dropping form during the adding/dropping schedule.
