Cor Jesu College adds to its digital library assets with the signing of the memorandum of understanding (MOU) with the Department of Science and Technology (DOST) Region XI through the Provincial Science and Technology Center (PSTC) of Davao del Sur, this August 15, 2019.
DOST’s STARBOOKS (Science and Technology Academic and Research-Based Openly Operated Kiosks) is a compendium of thousands of science and technology information and resources from all around the world. Originally designed as a standalone, offline kiosk, a STARBOOKS server will be introduced to Cor Jesu’s campus network and be made available to various users across the campus.
Representing DOST during the MOU signing are PSTC Director Vicente S. Dagangon and Project Staff Ma. Cathrina Busbus while School President Br. Ellakim P Sosmeña, S.C. PhD leads Cor Jesu College with ICT Director Engr. Nelson D. Tandug as technical representative.
