Cor Jesu College (CJC) has been honored as one of the outstanding Teacher Education Institutions in the country, having been recognized at the 2025 Excellence in Quality Assurance in Teacher Education (EQUATE) Awards. The awards, which acknowledge exemplary performance in teacher education quality assurance, were given to 120 TEIs across the Philippines out of 1,553 eligible institutions.
The awarding ceremony was held on April 2, 2025 at The Manila Hotel in Ermita, Metro Manila. Among the 16 institutions from the Davao Region honored, CJC stood alongside notable schools such as Assumption College of Davao, Ateneo de Davao University, University of Mindanao (various campuses), University of Southeastern Philippines, and others.
