- Measurement of low-carbon energy use across the university, and documentation of total energy consumption and energy sourced from low-carbon systems.
- Provision of local education programs or campaigns on climate change risks, impacts, mitigation, adaptation, impact reduction, and early warning.
- Participation in cooperative planning for climate change disasters, including displacement management in collaboration with government agencies.
- Provision of information and support to local or regional governments in early warning and monitoring of climate change-related risks or disasters.
- Collaboration with NGOs on environmental education and climate adaptation initiatives.
