- Research on economic growth and employment published in Scopus-indexed journals or conference proceedings.
- Implementation of an employment practice ensuring all staff and faculty receive at least the local living wage.
- Policy on ending workplace discrimination (including religion, sexuality, gender, age, or refugee status)
- Policy on pay scale equity, including a commitment to measure and eliminate gender pay gaps.
