Pre-Enrollment Appointment for Basic Education
Book an appointment to submit your enrollment requirements for
Nursery 1, Grade 1, Grade 7, Grade 11, and Transferees.
Step-by-Step Pre-enrollment Process
STEP 1 — Book an Appointment Online
Parents or students choose their preferred date for the submission of requirements through the online booking form
STEP 2 — Submit Requirements on Your Scheduled Date
Bring all required documents to the BED Guidance Office
Staff will assist in receiving the documents.
STEP 3 — Verification of Requirements
The Guidance Facilitator or staff checks if the documents are complete and valid.
If complete → proceed to Step 4
If incomplete → parent will be advised to return with complete requirements
STEP 4 — Receive Your Examination Schedule
Once requirements are complete:
The Guidance Facilitator will assign the examination date directly.
Parents/students will also receive the exam schedule via email (automated through Amelia or manual send).
STEP 5 — Take the Examination
The student reports to school on the assigned exam date. This includes:
Grade 1 Reading Asessment
Grade 7 Entrance Examination
Grade 11 Entrance & Scholarship Examination
Transferee Assessment Examination
